Although we tried to get to bed early the house was a buzz with anticipation well past bedtime. The first day of school jitters. By time Madelyn and Ryan came home after school the jitters had given way to non-stop talking about all the exciting happenings planned this school year.
Best part about second grade: "Everything!"
Best part about fifth grade: "Sitting in the back of the bus!"
